• Assisting the Grill Chef in preparing and cooking grilled dishes to order.
• Ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of ingredients for grilling.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
• Adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking grill supplies as needed.
