Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Chef to join our Japanese grill restaurant team. As a Grill Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese grilled dishes with precision and finesse. Your primary duties will include:

• Ensuring the proper handling, cooking, and presentation of grilled dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain inventory levels and ensure freshness of ingredients.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold our restaurant’s high standards.
• Assisting with menu development and suggesting creative grilled dishes to enhance our offerings.
• Maintaining a clean and organized grill station and kitchen area.
